THE SUPREMACY OF CHRIST
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Jesus is superior to all existence in the universe.
He wields the highest power and authority in every realms and spheres of existence; For that He is the Eter nal God who has no beginning or end of days, there can not be any personality to contend against his supremacy. For the Scriptures clearly says “all things were created by Him, and for him", therefore there is nothing existing today beyond the knowledge of Jesus; there is no personality living or dead who our Lord Jesus does not know his/her origin or beginning of days.
Jesus is superior to all principalities, lords, rulers, authorities in all regions of existence; be it in the heavenly realm or earth realm: all things recognize His Supremacy. No demon can stand the mention of the name of Jesus, no Principality can resist the Lord. When Archangel Michael was contending against the devil about the body of Moses, He rebuked satan in name of the Lord and satan could not resist. When our Lord Jesus walked on the earth in the form of flesh, no demon could withstand him; the legion of demons at Gadarenes had no choice but to submit to his authority, they recognized that their existence was because the Lord choose it so. All creature were made with this inherent recognition of the supremacy of the Lord. Everything in the universe today exists because our Lord Jesus made them so.
The universe cannot contain Our Lord, He is the one who holds the universe together. Therefore seeing that all things in the Universe belongs to our Lord, it is sufficient to say that our Lord is Far Bigger than the Universe and Far Higher than the Universe. Jesus exist beyond the Universe, His Supremacy goes way be yond our comprehension. Every breathe we breathe comes from Him, He is the custodian of every good and perfect gift.
What then is the believer afraid of ? Why do we fret seeing that Our Lord who is the maker of the Heaven and Earth dwells in us by His Spirit? What should move us who are seated with Jesus together in the Higher realms of God? (See Eph 2:6). Are you aware that we have become one with the Lord? Therefore we ought to behave like the Lord, we ought to display the attributes of the Lord Jesus. No power anywhere can intimidate us because they cannot in timidate the Lord, no sickness should overcome us because they cannot stand the power of God.
Demons must bow when we rebuke them in the name of the Lord. Territorial powers and dominions must fade away at our appearance. Do not let the devil cheat you of your holy position in God, Our Lord is superior to all of existence!
